What payment methods are available for NCDial.com customers?
A.
NCDial.com currently accepts credit card payment with the
following types of credit cards: American Express, Discover,
Mastercard, Visa. We will accept company checks and personal
checks paid one month in advance.

plans?

NCDial.com publishes information on-line for our
dial-up accounts and other Internet services and products.

When does NCDial.com bill its customers?
A.
NCDial.com bills its customers on or about the first of each month
or on a quarterly basis. Customers
who pay annually are billed on or about the first of the
anniversary month of their account creation.

My first bill doesn't seem to correctly reflect my monthly fee.
What could be the reason for that?
A.
Please contact Tech support for any discrepancies in your bill.

My account is set up for credit card billing, but I received a
paper bill in the mail. Why did this happen?
A.
When a credit card company refuses our charges, a paper bill is
sent to the customer. Once the customer has verified that their
credit card company will again accept charges, they must contact
NCDial.com by email to billing
or by calling 1-910-484-5518.

an easy way to find out what these numbers actually represent?

If you're unsure of their billing plan or billing components, you
can send e-mail to billing
requesting clarification.

I'm a longtime member paying by check, and was supposed to be
switched to annual billing, but was not.
A.
Although we no longer accept check payments, if your account was
supposed to have been changed to the annual plan at an earlier
time (before May 1), you can initiate annual billing and take
advantage of the discounted rate by sending your payment amount
to:

Place
your username and Customer ID (if you know it) on the check.

Credit card customers can switch to annual billing by going to the

Us page and using the appropriate mailbox or form.
